We stayed in Grand Heritage for one night during a Buss. Trip. Its a nice property with clean rooms. But staff's response time was very slow. Secondly, breakfast was also average and cold food was served even after requests.

There was no bathroom sleeper in room and room and breakfast was average only advantage was that property is near to expo centre

Perfect property for stay food is perfect and the breakfast is marvelous metro connectivity is perfect and market is also so much near by as of walking.

Ac was making too much noise, disturbing sleep and malfunctioning midnight. Otherwise, food is good, place and location is good like the stay overall.

Very pathetic service. Specially their gm - don't have manners how to speak with client and guest as well. I don't recommend this hotel to stay.
